Material Handling Equipment

Material Handler

Material handlers are specially designed to deal with demanding material handling. They stand out for their high performance, reliability and high levels of safety. The material handlers can be adapted to meet customer-specific requirements with modular undercarriage solutions (mobile, crawler, stationary, rail undercarriages and pylon options) for a wide variety of applications. Hydraulically elevating operator cabs provide the best view and high levels of comfort. With equipment lengths of up to 40 m, numerous attachments and quick change systems, the machines are very versatile (orange peel grab, clamshell grab, magnet system, scrap shears, vacuum crossbeam). In addition to modern stage V engines, we offer a range of solutions, such as energy recovery system.

Electric Material Handler

Electric material handlers are significantly more comfortable for operators as the drive is vibration free and low-noise. This also means all the components have a longer service life. In addition to stationary applications, electric material handlers can also be used independent of location with integrated cable drums, power pack devices, integrated power packs or ceiling power supplies. Perfectly suited to indoor use.

Balance Crane

Balance material handlers provide the foundation for an efficient, productive and cost-effective logistics system for scrap yards, ports and sawmills. Stationary balancer machines can cover a large area, replacing multiple mobile machines. Not only does this add logistical value, but it is also a plus in terms of occupational safety and reducing operating costs. The equipment is perfectly balanced in any work position by the counterweight, which is directly connected to the equipment. This means that only a small amount of energy is needed to drive the equipment - even when large operating ranges and heavy loads are involved. Therefore balance material handlers can operate with just 50 % of the installed hydraulic and motor drive power compared with conventional machines. When combined with an electro-hydraulic drive, operating costs can be reduced by up to 75 % compared with conventional diesel run material handlers.

Bulk Material Handler

The material handler can reliably undertake all loading and unloading tasks, impresses with its elegant driving performance and, on top of all that, is available in a 250 kW electric version. In close collaboration with you, we plan your emission-free, stationary electric solution or mobile application with individual power supply!

Steel Mills/ Scrap Handler

Sorting and loading work has never been this easy thanks to this all-rounder in variety of equipment lengths and is extremely sure-footed thanks to its strong mobile undercarriage with 4-point outriggers and optional bulldozer blade. The MHD version with reinforced mobile undercarriage also boasts 119 kW performance and a range of 13 meters!

Waste Recycling Handler

Specifically developed to meet the needs of the recycling and waste management industries, we are providing compact, agile and efficient solution for sorting and loading tasks. In addition to its many sophisticated features, it functions impressively in halls with low ceilings.

Log/ Timber Handler

The optimal solution for tough timber handling work for quick loading cycles and a sturdy construction. Thanks to a reinforced undercarriage and all-wheel drive, it is well-suited to heavy trailer operation on rough terrain.

A telehandler is a machine widely used in industry. It is somewhat like a forklift but has a boom (Telescopic cylinder), making it more a crane than a forklift, with the increased versatility of a single telescopic or articulating boom that can extend forwards and upwards from the vehicle. In industry the most common attachment for a telehandler is pallet forks and the most common application is to move loads to and from places unreachable for a conventional forklift. For example, telehandlers have the ability to remove palletised cargo from within a trailer and to place loads on rooftops and other high places. The latter application would otherwise require a crane, which is not always practical or time-efficient.
